With this statement, I undertake to maintain the confidentiality of all personal data I have the right and the authority to access in accordance with Article 18, paragraph 2 of the Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette 106/12, consolidated text), which are kept in a database of the organization / company I work at, and that I will use the same personal information only in a specific (prescribed) purpose.

I also agree that the personal data I have the right and the authority to access will not be provided / made available to any third parties (unauthorized persons) and I undertake to keep the confidentiality of the same personal information even after the termination of the authorization to access personal data.

I understand that any unauthorized disposal of personal data that I have access to in my work is a violation of my employment obligation.
